At SoulSock, we take great care in packaging every order so it reaches you safely and in perfect condition.

If you happen to receive a damaged item, please don’t worry, just reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Send a clear photo of the damaged product to store.soulsock@gmail.com and we’ll take it from there.

Once we receive the image, our team will review the issue and get back to you as quickly as possible with the best solution. We understand how disappointing this can be and truly appreciate your patience.

Please note that returns and refunds are only available for damaged products. We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for other reasons, so we recommend checking product details and sizing carefully before placing your order.

If your order is time-sensitive, feel free to contact us directly, we’ll do our best to prioritise and assist you.

In cases where a damaged item cannot be replaced, we’ll happily process a refund using your original payment method.
